This role gives you hands-on experience with modern AI and automation platforms while learning how enterprise solutions are governed, adopted, and scaled. Your contributions will directly influence how colleagues work smarter and more efficiently.
As an early‑career developer, you’ll grow your technical skills while collaborating with experienced platform specialists, citizen developers, and global AI stakeholders in a supportive, learning-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and enhance AI agents and workflow automations using enterprise AI and automation platforms to solve real business challenges
Develop AI‑enabled applications, integrations, and orchestration flows that connect data, APIs, and enterprise tools
Collaborate with citizen developers by guiding platform usage and helping ensure solutions follow best practices
Translate business needs into platform‑driven solutions by working closely with global AI and functional stakeholders
Contribute to platform governance through documentation, reusable components, and shared development standards
What We’re Looking For:
Early‑career experience in software development, automation, or relevant academic projects
Foundational understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompting, or agent behavior
Basic programming skills, ideally with Python, and experience working with APIs
Interest in enterprise platforms, including workflow tools, low‑code/no‑code solutions, or AI agent frameworks
Curiosity and confidence to collaborate across both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
